ABOUT US

Our beef jerky was born out of a love for the original hand cut jerky of the generations before us. We use only 100% USDA grass fed beef from Sonoma Local Farms. Utilizing a certified commercial kitchen in Sonoma to hand cut, marinate in all natural spices, and slow smoke/dehydrate our product to a tasty finish. We hope you enjoy.

Fresh Jerky:

At 777 we enjoy both tender and tough style of jerky. Changing our recipes and dehydration times creates jerky for everyone to enjoy. Our cowboy style jerky will be more authentic dry tough jerky and our tender recipes will be on the sweet smoky flavor scale. We will be adding new recipes as our kitchen finalizes flavor profiles.
